The woman who is now running the store is delusional with her pricing. Numerous volunteers have agreed with this and stated how they have struggled to convince her to lower prices. 

Surely it is more beneficial for the charity to move the stock and gain money quicker than hold on to everything trying to sell at a much higher -totally unreasonable- price.

The current manager is also highly rude and combative. 
Distasteful in her approach to both customers and the way she conducts herself with volunteers/staff as witnessed by myself. Making me feel highly uncomfortable.

Rare for me, but I even filed a formal complaint about her abhorrent behaviour and the manner in which she conducts herself.
