The qabli pilau rice was delicious and I would highly recommend - the meat was cooked well and tender. The kobeda and Nan were also fresh and tasty. An amazingly delicious Qabli Rice every time we eat here. We've been dining at Afghan Cuisine for over 12 years and the recipe has remained unchanged. It's always busy here! Service is pretty quick. I recommend coming here for authentic and hearty food. Yes the prices have increased lately but it's worth dining here every now and then!
First of all, this is a cash only place, so be prepared. They are 100% tax evaders. The taste of the food is okay. Kebabs were nice, but the rice was pretty average in taste and nit close to kabuli pulao as they claim. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also average. Wait time is huge. Not bad, but there are plenty of good places that you can try for the same line of food.
Trust me, you need to try this! I may be biased as this is my boyfriends favourite eat, but if you’re looking for some good, no nonsense Middle Eastern cuisine - this is the place for you. The hummus is an absolute MUSTFood: 5/5
Never fails to impress myself and my family! The food was 10/10 quick, hot, and delicious and fresh. The salad was fresh! The rice was beautifully cooked, and chicken and meat were really nice too! Although I wish the water was colder as it was a super hot day. The atmosphere was very home like everyone was friendly. People were coming in and out it was busy. Service was also 10/10
Had the lamb Kabuli Pilau, came with a little dhal thingy and some dips/sauces. Top tier and good value Food: 5/5

Trust me I paid 20£ for two dishes and put both dishes to the garbage. We had chicken alfham on rice and chicken shawarma on rice. They warmed up the chicken with an old salad that you could easily smell it’s aged. There was loud tv and a number of men standing around us. The taste and service for this price is unbelievable. Frankly speaking, won’t recommend it for my enemy.
The food is very delicious, if it was only for food this place deserves more then 5 stars. But unfortunately I can't say the same for the service, the waiter upstairs was not professional at all, I requested him to clean the high chairs for kids , and yet I have to clean them again, because he didnt do his job well. The plates were also not clean. There are paid parking spaces in the street across the road. Their kabli pulao is good, and highly recommended. Over all 3 stars for the whole experience. Parking: Paid parking lot in the street across the road. Very hard to find parking on the road.
An amazingly delicious Qabli Rice every time we eat here. We've been dining at Afghan Cuisine for over 12 years and the recipe has remained unchanged. The Manto, Qabli Pilau, and Rotisserie Chicken on Rice are simply delicious. It's always busy here! Service is pretty quick despite the busyness, sometimes at Eid you have to wait up to 10 minutes for a table but otherwise, when we dined last night Saturday evening, October 2023 there were plenty of tables available. The Chicken on Rice that we ordered came with a complimentary salad and two sauces yogurt and mint raita, and a spicy sauce with tomatoes and chillies. The chicken was succulent yet the skin was crispy! I recommend coming here for authentic and hearty food. Yes the prices have increased lately but it's worth dining here every now and then!
