I've rented 2 vans in the past month from Afford and they've never let me down. Picking a vehicle is so easy. When you go to pick it up all the staff are very friendly and you can have a bit of banter with them. I really can't fault this comspany for anything. They've always looked after me, the prices are really cheap compared to others. The recent time they hadn't the type of van I wanted but rang me to give me other possible options and they were cheaper still. All in all a fantastic company that I'd definitely recommend.

One day Saturday rental Toyota small van. Great service from a lady who was loosing her voice but still managed a smile and banter. Clean van ready on time. Brilliant to see men's mental health big support banner in reception. 2nd rental from them, superb local company, sensible policy on damage without forcing you to take any extra insurance cover. Very highly recommended.

First time renting a car from here and it was so straight forward, excellent staff. Even has out of hours drop off which was really convenient. Will definitely be back.

I've always had a good service. Brand new cars, Staff are excellent. They always make sure I get the vehicle that im after. I've never had any issues with the company.

Usually come here to rent a van to move house. This time I went and was BLOWN AWAY by how nice everyone was and genuinely happy to be there and helpful to me. I don't write too many of these but I want some of what the staff here are drinking! Great bunch.

Nice and straight forward. Hired a van for a day whilst I was moving house. Was quite surprised to get relatively new van 1 or 2 years old, which had a touchscreen system so was good for connecting my phone for music etc.  Van was very clean, including the loading area in the back.  Woman behind the counter was friendly, and there was no hiccups when sorting out paperwork and details.  Once you have that sorted, a guy takes you to your van, and shows you around etc before handing the keys over.  It was handy that they have an out-of-hours system where you can drop your keys off through a letter box at any time whilst they are closed. Just remember to double check the van is clear of all your personals before you do!

I live abroad and frequently use Afford when I return to the UK. I have been delighted with their pleasant and helpful customer services. The quality of cars available and have been delighted with the prices compared to other car hire companies in the area. I will definitely use Afford in the future and of course recommend them to others.
