Needed a taxi to get me from Cannock hospital home to Grace Moore Court, Cannock. It was nearly 4:30 so my usual taxi was not available for over an hour so I rang these up. They came quickly and we were soon home. Driver was friendly and a safe driver. Cost was good. My only problem is getting into a car that had a high frame to step in. It depends on the car model. Thank you.
Fantastic firm. Great communication. We pre booked a taxi for a night out in Bham. We changed the time and the pick up point at different occasions. The operator was great, nothing was too much hassle and the driver was polite and courteous. Very reliable firm with clean taxis, we wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you Aero.
I was in need to get somewhere urgently and Aero Taxi was quick to answer. The service provided was very efficient. The driver had a clean car, lovely smile and got us earlier than expected! I would recommend to use this service as much as possible!
I've used Aero Taxis twice. They were helpful on phone, sent modern clean cars, were punctual & the drivers were friendly. They also accept payment by card, very handy if you don't have any cash on you. Will use from now on.
My husband broke down in Cannock an hour from home. I rang and explained and Aero Taxis were brilliant. All I had was the postcode but they found him promptly. He said Mohammed the driver was cheerful and friendly and made a bad day better. Thank you.
I used this company for a long time, they took my Great Uncle home and made sure he was safe and carried his bags indoors. He’s passed away now & I’ve used them several times recently, tonight I had the most rude woman who was so unhelpful. I did book taxi as usually my loyalties lie with aero. I then thought i didn’t like how she treated me and I phoned Corkys, their prices m was also almost £5.00 less. The woman I spoke to called me back, I didn’t answer and she left an unpleasant message for telling me she wasn’t rude to me and another load of abuse. Can’t believe she’s in employment when so many would love a job like this.
Four nightly pickups over Christmas on time with very friendly drivers.If we stay in the same place we would certainly use them again and would recommend to anyone staying in the Longford Premier Inn which was also very good
