Quite expensive at £7.50 but my granddaughter enjoyed it and there was no limit on length of stay. Prefer to stay local rather than going to the larger soft play places in Cardiff.
A lovely little place for kids to have fun in. Plenty of space and some nice little features to play on. Covid-19 safe, I've spotted the attendant cleaning at least 6 times during a play session.
Friendly staff and clean environment. There is a separate area for below 2s. For above 2s there's a climbing area with a ball pit, a set of inflatable slides and a two level play house. The access gates to all areas are in good condition. The entire area is located on the first floor, accessed by a stairs only no lift. The stairwell is attractively decorated with pictures and canvases from movies.
My daughter loved playing on all the equipment and we spent several hours here. We also had lunch here which was basic but enjoyable. The price was very reasonable too. I reccomend it
Very friendly lady on the front desk. Very welcoming. The play area is very clean and perfect for young children 5stars!
My Daughter had such a fantastic party! Hayley and Laura went above and beyond to make sure her party was special and really looked after us. Thank you so much xx
My 2 year old loved this place today but was only allowed to stay for 45 min as there was a private party so it was closing at 12 but still charged the full amount of 7.50.and nothing was said on website until we got here but will be back just a shame really about communication
Difficult to navigate with a pram as lots of stairs Little one enjoyed but I felt £7.50 for a 1 year old was very steep in comparison to every other soft play I have visited
Recently attended a kids party and I was impressed that it could cater for a larger number and the kids enjoyed themselves but as it was a class party the kids all knew each other. I do believe coming in as a soft play is going to be harder and the kids may easily get bored but great staff and although hard to find for a lot of people not used to the area the staff where friendly and helpful and made a great party for a young child.
This place is great. If I am honest at first I did not get it as I thought it was a cop out from entertaining your children... But it is definitely not! Looking at how the children connect and socially interact in a safe and controlled environment is inspiring. There is a good mix of play areas to suit most ages. The table and chair area to catch up with other parents while the children play is welcome. There is an ample choice of drinks and snacks to keep you hydrated and nourished- my only personal grumble is that I'm not a fan of the coffee as I enjoy a good bean to cup strong americano coffee If your looking for a venue to host a child's party then the packages offered are good value with mixed themes and food choice. In closing I have to mention the staff, they are a great bunch for which nothing is too much trouble. All children need time to interact together and make new friends and for that this is the ideal indoor space.
