After a recent poor and appalling experience in summer 2015, family and close friends would never return. Very poor service for a loyal customer. Go to a main dealer in Weston super Mare or Bristol to avoid disappointment is our advice.
Make sure you get quotes in writing for work and sundries for the avoidance of any doubt, extra expenses, stress and surprises.
The automatic gearbox refurb price was quoted verbally and via a text message to me by this garage but changed when I had to pay the gearbox company direct for the work completed. I had no choice to pay up more money to finally get my car back after nearly a month off the road having been told a week maximum. Was fobbed off with excuses. Then there was another so called 'engine fault' that I could not verify before it was finally ready with more costs of £100.  I should have gone direct to a gearbox expert in the first place. Also the gearbox oil price (once the gearbox was with this garage) rocketed from £40 to £197, again I should of got this in writing. In hindsight it would have been easier to let the BMW dealer fix it or sell the car, which I have now done.
We will never be caught again!

We now take our new cars to main dealers. No fuss or stress and great customer service. Prices are set and are comparable too. What you are quoted is what you pay with no hassle. Plus the cars are ready when promised. 2000 repairs with only a couple of reviews which are mainly by the owner? 
Do your homework thoroughly is our advice. If you do visit, get written quotes, although this is no guarantee.
No repeat business from us or friends. No apologies or recompense offered. Disgusting rip off!

Hi,
We are very sorry to see we have a negative feedback.
We do everything we can to help customers and make sure they have a good experience.
Since we have opened we have carried out over 2000 jobs on cars and this is the first negative feedback.
I know which job it was, our supplier upped there price of a gearbox repair.
We didn't charge the customer any labour, they had parts at cost yet still this wasn't enough.
