This is my second visit and review of this centre. If garages could win awards this one would receive more than Ant & Dec. I have been driving for 51 years so my views on Advanced Service Centre are creditable. From the moment you walk through the door to leaving, Customer Service is outstanding. The work on the car is done quickly and efficiently by people who really know their trade. Although this is an independent garage the end result is the same as a Main Dealer, the difference with Advanced Service Centre is it's more pleasant and cheaper. This Centre has only just opened, as I live nearby I decided to ask them about my faulty Air Con. I'm glad I did. The service here is 5 star, attention to detail is 5 star, pricing is 5 star. I was seen by Lewis who is obviously highly professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Centre I know I will certainly be returning and other family members too. I wish this new Centre every success for the future.Services: Electrical repair
I had a DPF issue and called Advance Laindon for advice. They booked me in quickly, quoted a good price and work was completed within the same morning. They also checked for other possible issues, parts/areas for current wear and tear and any possible further issues. An email along with photos of all works carried out, a list of advisory work plus costings was sent to me should I wish to go ahead with any additional work. Very impressed with the full information given. Will definitely use these guys again and recommend.Service: Exhaust
Been using Advanced for servicing and repairs for the past 10 years now, recently booked in at the Laindon branch for a brake service and replacement pads. Unable to get the vehicle to them due to illness the staff at Advanced were extremely understanding and arranged to collect and drop off our car at no extra cost. Car was returned the same day with all works completed as quoted. Excellent customer service as always. Thanks!Service: Brake service & repair
I don’t recommend this garage! Well overpriced and not doing jobs properly - they didn’t put back coolant pump back after repair and engine nearly cooked due to pump slipping off! What a joke place
This company is honestly so incredible, they came and rescued me when my windscreen wipers gave up in a storm, and could not have been nicer or kinder. Sam, Louis and Adam are worth their weight in gold and I honestly could not be more grateful to them. They were so lovely and so fast and efficient. They really went several extra miles to help me out, and I would really like to thank them all so much for looking after me so well
Advanced service centre Laindon have a great knowledge and understanding of all vehicle servicing, Also provided some very good technical advice. Very professional staff. Time to complete the work ran a little over the quoted time. But very happy with the finished results. I will for sure be using them again in the near future.Services: Brake service & repair
absolutely amazing company, highly recommended, all the staff are amazing, very honest not out to rip you off, main reception is fresh clean not a dirty oil smell, the young lady on the main desk is always welcoming and does her best to meet the customers needs dates and times, very highly recommended 5* serviceServices: Air & cabin filter replacement
Car booked in for MOT , service and 4 new tyres , had a call to say the tyres that they had originally recommended were not available but a more expensive option was , I agreed to the more expensive option, dropped car off in the morning to then be rang later and told only 2 of the 4 tyres were available , Went to collect car , MOT had been completed , service partially completed cabin filter was not changed , although they dud take this off the original price only 2 tyres had been fitted and they did not have the correct equipment on site to reset the service light so was told I’d have to return the next day , returned the next day and was told it be done in 2 minutes , an hour later my car returned with 30 miles less fuel , i am also wondering if my car was taken to another garage to be reset while I was waiting for an hour , my honest opinion is this maybe a very good new garage to area and I possibly am unlucky on this occasion but if the work is stated to be completed in 1 day it should be completed and not have to make numerous visits and all The work should be completed as stated will not be using againServices: Air & cabin filter replacement
