This is the most unprofessional dry cleaning service ever ! My coat has not been cleaned in fact it feels like the whole fabric has be destroyed from soft feel it started to feel very hard, and two two orange stain were made. When I spoke to manager he did not want to refund me for service and told me that I'm always complaining about his service which was a lie as I first time use this company. I will never ever use them again and would not recommend it to any one else.

This is unprofessional dry cleaner! Had my Burberry wool coat dry clean there, by the time got it back, the coat ruin. The coat surface is rough, all metal button paint scraped off, anywhere have leather skin peeled. They seem to put my coat into washing machine to wash, not dry clean.
