The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I work in hospitality and never in my wildest dreams would I even contemplate speaking to a customer the way I was spoken to. Was ganged up on by 3 male members of staff for not collecting me food within 0.1 seconds of my order being called. Apparently if you don’t sprint to the counter it’s unacceptable
Absolutely never ever purchase anything from this place! Went there for chips and cheese how can you go far wrong with that! Staff experience was unbelievably awful never experienced anything quite so horrifying. Food was disgusting cheese came frozen in clumps! They then told me it was not frozen and just threw it in the microwave! £5 for some chips I couldn’t even eat!!! Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy
Only drunk people can go there and eat that stuff hope they change for better soon otherwise they will shut cause food was orrible
I don't think they deserve the negitive reviews, the food has always been really nice and it's directly next door to about 5 nightclubs and bars and opens until very late so gets alot of drunk people
Staff rude, exspensive 4 portion sizes,i had donner meat and chips and i carnt even say it was nice, was food all over, would have thought staff would have cleaned it up, first and last time ill ever go in there

Most disgusting takeaway service I’ve ever had. Went in for some chips and chicken and ended up getting psychically assaulted, manhandled, punched, kicked and dragged out. Staff swearing at everyone being beyond rude. Was waiting for food with my girlfriend which was taking ages. After taking our money we were told we were already given our food which we hadn’t got given. Then whilst standing and waiting the worker screamed in my face to get out of the shop before getting assaulted. Was absolutely disgusting, never mind not going again, it needs shutting down
Went in after a night out. Orders taking forever. Then the best bit.. small donner and chips £8.70. Told them to F off. Pray on all drunk people just handing their cash over but didn’t work with me, idiots started shouting at me aswell. Avoid this absolute dump and mess of a place
If could rate less than 1 star I would. This was literally the WORST kebab I've ever eaten. And many a kebab have I eaten. Cold, wet, and expensive. salad to bread ratio all over the place. Chips and cheese was cold and cost 4 quid. And when I say cold I mean cold chips with then cold grated cheese on top. And we went in live so no excuse for shoddy workman ship. And they didnt have cheese sauce. Big bang of w**k.
Absolutely disgusting do not I repeat do not go here been charged over ods for our order confronted them and turned nasty and threatening us then followed us up west street
