Visited the Adidas Store situated in Trinity Leeds today, Good polite staff, seemed very helpful until at one point I asked about a size of a pair of shorts and the gentleman I asked about the size just straight away that's its all what out up here, few minutes later another female employee asked me if I needed help and I told her about the size and she got me one from the back store, I was annoyed for a minute but just ignored it. The store in general has plenty of variety in terms of cloths but not too much footwear on offer. Great Addition for Leeds Shopping Scene.
Very helpful and professional staff. But simply an appalling display of men's trainers. Don't bother looking as it's clear Adidas simply can't be bothered to promote them. A better or bigger selection of trainers at jd, hip or God forbid it he dreadful poor mans shop sports direct.
Had an issue where I had a gift receipt for a product that had already been exchanged and it confused the till a little. The assistant and manager were both great in tracking down the purchase elsewhere on the system and ensuring my girlfriend received the gift she wanted.
I went to this Leeds store as it was the closest to where I live to exchange a gift which I had purchased in the Liverpool store, I didn't want a refund I wanted to exchange for a smaller size, unfortunately the Leeds store didn't have the size I wanted nor could the get one as it was end of line items, the staff member whom dealt with us called Charlie went out of his way to get us what we wanted,but with out success however we are very great-full for all his help and in the end we settled for a gift card to the amount of the goods we had purchased,,,I would highly recommend this store once again thank you very much Charlie
Popped in for a look and was happy to see a broad selection of colours, sizes and options. Really impressed with some of the kids offerings.
Nice big Adidas shop with a great selection of gear and a lot of things you might not get to see in places like JD, FootLocker etc. Good customer service too.

I find better Adidas sports shop elsewhere, not a lot of choices.
Too pricey, standard Adidas sports, not too big or small.
