This is a superb restaurant with staff who really care about your dining experience, they are able to match your food to wines and or beers. EEF beer is great and goes well with the food. The mixed vegetarian platter is well worth having and a great way to start a meal. The facilities and spotless, which shows the effort the team goes to so that you the paying diner won't have any issues.

Christmas Day. Turkish not Turkey and what a great decision to make. The food was amazing to say the least. Great wine list to accompany the dishes too. Comfortable seating and very courteous and attentive staff. All in all an enjoyable dinning experience. I would thoroughly recommend this little gem of a restaurant to all my friends and to whoever reads this, you can't go wrong here. Just wish this place was more local to me...

Elgin is so lucky to have a restaurant of this quality. I am biased as I love Turkish and Middle Eastern food. Lets start with the cosy welcoming layout of this corner restaurant, and the warm welcome and continuous hospitality of the staff. Nothing is ever too much for them. Meals are enormous and nicely priced. I love messe platters, and here I had one of the best ever. Listed as starter but is like a big meal. Of course do finish with a delicious aromatic Turkish coffee and hear the story of how the Turks first drank coffee :-) . If you wish to book for Friday or Saturday book by the Tuesday before at the latest. Very busy then. Sunday is quiet if you desire a peaceful evening out.
