Saturday early doors , boots sorted and after an hour the young lady was very good I /we found pants to fit . Fabulous experience, thank you sooo much for your time and effort, hope I wasn’t that much of a pain , but we had laugh 10/10
Great level of service, ordered high vis trousers and waterproof coat for construction site work. Good quality & value, will have to wait to see if they stand the test of time ! But very pleased with them so far.
Excellent quality high vis hoody , perfect fit as size chart is accurate my 3rd attempt to buy one , least said about the other companies the better took a bit longer to arrive than I anticipated but worth the wait , will definitely order again if required
Great Service from Mike at Active Workwear. Was able to order in essential items for delivery before 12 next day and this saved a huge project we had so I recommend these guys for all your workwear needs. Definitely will use again.
Great service and good value, checked that items were in stock as delivery window was tight, everything received on time, even got a phone call to confirm that Delivery had arrived. Appreciate the effort and would not hesitate to purchase again in the future.
Went with my husband who has recently had a stoke to buy some work boots. Electrical wires trailing all over the floor which we had to step over contravening customer safety however that was not the main issue. The lady serving simply did not want to know, no help whatsoever offered as we tried to buy some waterproof work boots. I went to the desk to ask questions at least 3 times and she wasn't interested and never came to my husbands assistance. I was made to feel most unwelcome. We were the only people in the shop so there was no excuse. We ended up purchasing some boots because he needed them urgently, we also wanted a coat but decided to buy one elsewhere. Customer service training badly needed there!! Leaving a bad review is something I intensely dislike but I felt I had no option on this occasion. After reading the response left by the owner I feel I must respond. The lady in question certainly did not seem to be on work experience and was very much in charge although I commend the owner for offering such places. Having a trailing electrical wire at the bottom of a step is certainly a trip hazard especially to somebody who has recently had a 'STROKE' I am quite sure you know what I meant to say when I misspelled it. I SUPOOSE I should have realised! I have upgraded your review to a 3 as the boots were of good quality and I appreciate what you do for charity and they should not be blamed but as you chose to be rude to me you don't really deserve it!

The team active Workwear were great, friendly and cooperative. Not only did they advise on what workwear to get they even did a little work shirt for my 2year old son. Attention to detail along with the personal touch. Meant a lot Thanks again
Trousers bought here today. After going to Arco and not having the ones I wanted. Very helpful got the ones I wanted off the shelf and cheaper. Very wide range off the shelf items. Will use again!
Chatted with online chat to ensure size and product was available due to travelling from another part of Leeds to be told in store when arriving - only online order available - not a good way to treat customers
