Active Physio Works

I have been receiving treatment from Ani at Active Physio Works for over a year and have found her to be excellent. She is really friendly and positive to work with and has loads of ideas about how to tailor treatment to your particular lifestyle. I had severe pain in my wrist and arm and it was spreading to my shoulder and neck. After seeing her I had major changes in my life, of course it took time to recover, as the pain has been for a long time, but now I am fully recovered and still seeing her for developing my strength in arms and shoulders to prevent any future injuries. She is also great at responding to quick questions via email and texts rather than having to wait for the next session. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for physiotherapy.

I had an appointment with Ani at Active Physio Works for sport related knee injury. Received excellent service, issue was diagnosed within minutes and a complete program set out to resolve it. I am preparing for Marathon and it is very important for me to be in a an excellent health. Would highly recommend this clinic they are very personable and knowledgable. Certainly a nice change to receive excellent service and support.

Very professional service. Jai helped me over the past year with an achilles injury and guided me back to playing football again. He is caring, supportive and will always do his best to get you back in shape. Best physio in the area, would highly recommend to all.

I have been seeing Ani for the last few months and have found her to be a great physio providing both clinical and practical advise and support through my rehab. Being able to chat through wider issues was really useful for my recovery and understanding the overall process. I would definitely see Ani again and recommend her to others.

I have been very happy and grateful with my experience with Active Physio Works team. Both Ani and Jai have been very engaged with my care, have always explained very clearly what the problems are that I'm experiencing and why. I have seen marked improvement over time by following their advice, hands on treatment and exercise therapy. Can't be thankful enough for all what they have done.
