Car returned, body work repairs A OK. However part of repairs was replacing rear tyre and alloys as got smashed from behind. Soon as went to drive it there was a warning indicator on dashboard. Checked manual and meant tyres not been realligned correctly.nShould never have been returned like that. Had to take it back to have realignment completed. Not Impressed
Probably the worst garage to deal with in my lifetime, horrendous service and are very good at letting people down unfortunately. My insurance recommended them as my car was involved in an accident for them to deal with the repair of my car. Waited two weeks for them to ensure they have a date to pick my car up and drop off a courtesy. On the day of the pick-up they said they will come pick my car up between 8am-12pm in which no call or message was received, contacted them 4 times to find out why it was taking them so long in which a worker told me they are busy and will still come, only then to find out they didn’t even know I was booked in for that particular day meaning I would of just waited all day and missing pay for the taking the day off. Furthermore didn’t even check if a courtesy car was there available for me for them to tell me it was my fault as I didn’t specify the automatic vehicle, even though I specified to them multiple times beforehand I required a automatic courtesy car. Apparently the worker was a new colleague who made the mistake, even though my own child would have the common sense not to make that mistake. After being on the phone to them 2pm that day, the customer service was awful, they made me feel like it was all my fault as to why the process took so long and mistakes was made. Rude woman on the phone telling me to “stop worrying about the past” and don’t look at google reviews, makes sense why this place has such awful reviews. Will be making a complaint soon and definitely wouldn’t want anyone to use this place from my own experience, save your own headache, time and money!
Used this company recently as an insurance claim. They contacted me very quickly, brought me a courtesy car that had only done 1000 miles within 2 days. The repair was done over Christmas and new year and despite a parts shortage, had my car back to me on the 4th January despite taking it on the 23rd December. I was contacted when the driver was setting off with the courtesy car and again when dropping the car off. Customer service was excellent and made everything very straight forward. The repair has been done with a lifetime guarantee of which they have given me evidence of. I would definitely recommend them.
A very good accident repair centre.nStaff are very pleasant to deal with.nThey do try to be very helpful at all times.nVery busy.nSo they tend to under pressure most of the time.nThey do provide courtesy cars too.nThey could do with some extra turn around times to ensure that the courtesy cars get chance to be fully serviced.nBut they will do their utmost to assist with your queries and questions.nHighly recommended.
