I Have been using action First for years, i am always happy with their service and treatment and i would happily recommend to anybody to get an appointment with one if the physio's there.

I have known Kirsteen for several years now but it was when I injured my knee in an accident at home she proved invaluable. She did a full assessment, manipulated the injured area and gave me a full pack of strengthening exercises to follow up with. As a result of her expertise the muscles and tendons returned to full strength and I am now able to continue with my gym fitness and running routines without any pain. Thank you Kirsteen!
