Auto renewed despite me not wanting to. Sending solicitors after me because they reckon I owe money which I dont. Don't listen when you ring them, don't let you get a word in edgeways. Why would I have a CHEAPER  policy with someone else if I wished to renew with yourselves??? Best decision I made was to switch at the end of my policy.

Well after been employed in the claims department i would have to agree with majority of the negative reviews.

Poor management from the top name lisa maher no structure underpaid undervalued no training................  favouritism rightthroughout the office the word onthe floor is  if your face fits your fine if not you may as well hand your notice in. Low and behold no tea making or been best mates with management. I was out the door 👑
negative people and just miserable. 

Oh lets not forget no heating allowed in the winter minus 5............it served its purpose 4 me glad 2 left. 

If the management dont change that claims unit will be run intonthe ground.

By far the worst customer service!!! They're quick to take your money, but don't follow through. Tired of being put on hold and being passed around!!! Not happy Acorn!!!

DONT USE THIS INSURANCE CANCELLED INSURANCE STILL CONTINUIED TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND REFUSED A REFUND
