I wouldn't even give it 1 star, but you have to for this review. The staff are rude. My mom needed treatment, is in pain and she was given an appointment 1 week! We decided to take her in for emergency appointment they had discharged her from the practice without notice! They didn't provide the correct treatment she needed and now she has to register to a new practice. To top it all, the dentist makes you feel small and degrades you. It's just rude and not right.

My experience with the practice is wonderful. The staff is always polite and helpful. A big thank you to Dr Marok who takes care that my teeth remain healthy!

Just walked in and the girls are discussing love life/ social life on work phone in Reception.... seriously!!!! How unprofessional especially when you walk in with a 15year old lad!!!! Must be the so called skills gap the government keep harping on about!!! Plus ten seated and eight people standing as not enough chairs, supply verses demand comes to mind or is it just greed?

A very busy NHS Dental Practice in Acocks Green of which I and my family have used for a number of years. Dr Marok as always very polite and attentive to me, my wife and two teenage lads, the same can be said for his staff. Downside is a short wait past your scheduled appointment as it's so busy, but not a problem for me even as I struggle to get time out of work. Always attempts to save any tooth over pulling. Not given 5 stars as it is a dentist, hey who likes visiting the dental surgery 😁

Nightmare ! Had a filling done. It fell off after just over 2 weeks. Next time it fell off, whilst being done, so it was done twice during the same visit. Then it fell off again after less than 24 hours, so it was re-done two days later. It fell off once again. In all it is (re)done 4 times and it is still not right. If you have time to waste or don't mind your filling chip away at random when you chew anything at all, than go ahead and use this practice. Unable to provide another dentists, maybe someone more senior or skilled.
