We have been trading since 2009 and are based at our trade counter on Newark Road South, Eastfield Business Park, Glenrothes.

Their customer service has been awful. In trying to return a faulty item, they've lost the ability to communicate! Very poor indeed!

Don't do any web work for this con man. He will get you to do a load of work then just go silent on you.

possibly the worst customer service i have ever encountered. After ordering a coat i was not informed of a delayed delivery due to the store being closed, despite it saying on their website i would get it in 2 days or so. Even once they had re opened it was extremely hard to get them to reply to emails to get a refund after having to cancel my order

Brilliant service! I always enjoy visit Ace for my workgear needs! If they don't stock the item I'm after, they have it in for the next day! It's great! All my work clothes are from ace and I can say they have lasted me ages! Great quality product! When it's too good to be true it normally is. However Ace is an exception to the rule!! Cheers guys!
