Rang up at 11am to book a taxi for the same day but at 10 to 7. We rang up twice to be told the driver was on his way. When the driver came, 20 minutes late he said it was because of traffic. When driving across stevenage there was no traffic at all. Absolutely appauling service with appauling excuses and will never use them again.
