Phoned about a possible Furuno repair & then emailed the details as requested. Still waiting for a response after a couple of months. And they expect me to use or recommended them in future.......

What an absolutely useless business this must be... I have a boat in the marina in Weymouth and for days now I’ve been phoning and phoning and phoning Ocean Electrics to  get some work done but never has the phone been answered or has anyone returned my messages. Have even sent emails but again without any response. I can only assume that they don’t want my custom but it’s no way to run a business. Would not recommend

I've worked closely with Ocean Electric previously and received great service. They are highly professional and very knowledgeable as Nick's a boater himself.

Still not got the estimate for work required, no contact at all

Excellent service from start 18months ago to present time. Being of the older generation modern boat electronics are a bit of a challenge. The guys at Ocean electric prepared product demos, answered my endless questions to a point where I placed the order for a replacement wind system from Raymarine. The installation and communication between old and new electronics was superb. A few weeks ago the wind speed ceased to operate, The guys turned out and resolved the problem, not of there making B------ Seagulls Well done and my sincere thanks. Daric Jarvis
