The staff at the Victoria centre shop, were so helpful. I got brilliant customer service and some very helpful advice about caring for my purchase. Thank you. It’s a shame that the Monsoon/Accessorize combined shop has closed down. Nottingham needs a Monsoon. But at least we still have Accessorize.
Great shop, ok customer service and helpful staff. The shop overall is a bit expensive but as always good quality clothing but busy queues
My wife and I went into the Nottingham store yesterday. We were helped, advised and served by a polite and pleasant lady by the name of Chaney......she made it a pleasure to enter the store. Please thank her on our behalf if you're able to.
Beautiful clothes, couldn't realy find a party dresses i needed though. Could be the time of the year with Christmas not long finished. Why don't these shops understand that people celebrate things all year round. The clothes in there were nice, but nothing for an occasion. Spoke to a staff member, she wasn't that helpful & didn't seem that interested in what I was asking her for. Need to up there game & remember customer is king
The sales are manic in this store offering, offering many bargains. Although Monsoon Head Office, I must say that frankly, your staff are very thin on the floor. Those that are there appear over worded and unable to offer good customer service. No one passed a greeting smile, or a simple hello even at the tills. I witnessed a lady in a mobility scooter leave as the queue was that big and she was made to feel a hindrance by other shoppers, as the floor space was inadequate for her little vehicle. When this was mentioned to a member of staff she couldn't care less. I'd just like to remind the company, that some of us still enjoy the common courtesies of this world and manners cost nothing. After all we all know how retail is suffering and that little extra can go a long way.
I always liked Monsoon. Their clothing is a way of tendencies and elegant all the way. I bought some accessories the other, I decided to return them since I changed of mind. Got instead a lovely dress for the same amount because it was 50% discount. No problem at all.
A huge thank you to Chaney today who helped my mother-in-law find not one but three dresses! It was the only shop we needed to go to after all her help and her choices were perfect.
Just had a great shopping experience in the Nottingham Victoria Centre store: Chaney, the resident stylist, asked me what occasion I was shopping for a wedding, looked me over and picked me out the perfect dress, one which I would have walked past. Excellent service, thank you!
I love this shop, they recently had a 50% sale which was great as I find their jewellery can be expensive even though it ends up turning green! I've knocked stars off as whenever I go in there's always one person behind the till while there's a massive queue and there's just memebers of staff faffing on the floor. Also some of their stuff isn't properly labelled, I picked up a pair of glasses from a stand which stated they were a tenner but then the lady at the till said they were 15..I kept saying they were on the stand for a tenner and she wouldn't even honour it for me so I didn't end up buying them.
Terrible service on phone and felt rushed at check out, no personal experience at all. I went in a second time to get a present for my mothers birthday and spoke to a young lady called Libby, she helped me out as much as she could and worked to the best of her ability going the extra mile for me offering alternatives to what wasn't in stock. Hense the high rated review. Thank you Libby.
