My husband and I have had superb service at the Hemel Branch, and due to changing circumstances, have had to increase our storage requirements on two occasions. We cannot praise them high enough, by the way they conduct their business, to customer liason. I tried to leave 5 Star comments on Trustpilot, but their automated system concluded that my POSITIVE remarks were 'artificial'. How stupid is that! I will be making an official complaint against Trustpilot for censoring my positive comments. If praise is due, what's the problem? I would only have I had left negative comments, if any were needed. No ones perfect, but if I have nothing negative to say, then it is a true reflection of my experience with Access Storage, at Hemel Hempstead.

Very helpful member of staff checked me out immediately, as he was showing new customers upstairs so I didn't have to hang around.

Been using this place for over a year now and I'm very happy with it overall. 24 hour access is the added bonus....

"The desktop metaphor was invented because one, you were a stand-alone device, and two, you had to manage your own storage" while Steve Jobs may have been arguing for the case against self-storage on a desktop, Access Self Storage is for when you need to store your more tangible items. I've found the operation to be a great success with always clean facilities I've found my locker to always been as I left it with no dust or any signs of change. It's easy to use and has 24 hour access which I've never used but it's nice to know it’s there. They have a couple of types of trolley available to use which is very handy for getting from the car to the locker for boxes and heavy items.

Open 24 hours which is very convenient, as is its location just off the A41, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Security is very good too.
