Operators have no respect and dignity for the disabled & elderly. Very rude and arrogant! Shouldn't be allowed to work with the council without proper training. Very disappointing...
ACCESSLine is a terrible service. The call handlers are polite, but it takes 10-20mins on hold before you get through to someone and then you have to wait again only for a message to be taken for someone to call you back as they can't get through to the person you need to speak with. It's so bad. Other surrounding Councils have a better system. If you're going to provide an Main Call Line you need to have suitable levels of RESOURCES/MANPOWER to handle the calls. Instead ACCESSLine has you waiting, and waiting, and blocking you phenolic while you wait. I would prefer to be able to call the specific departments that I want to speak with or a quick main switchboard that can connect me in a few button pushes and a minute or two. Please get this sorted! I would have given 0 stars if I could, such a waste of time!

Angus Non Access line a more appropriate name. Been on line for 28 mins and got from 13th in queue to 5th. Lost the will to life so had to hang up. Wanted to give zero stars but system forced me to give at least one
I get covid is around and people are working from home etc but surely you can do better than this? Have been first in the queue for currently 27mins and counting. Pathetic service, I hope if someone in serious trouble they dont have to rely on you. I'm trying so hard to give you 0 stars bit it wont let me!!
I received nothing but lies and misinformation on multiple calls to this call centre, including from a “manager”. Absolutely terrible standard of service.
