We are an OFSTED Good training provider offering training in Health & Social Care, Childcare, Dental Nursing & Mental Health First Aid.

Story

We are a family business specialising in the care industry and we have developed a strong reputation for delivering training programmes that genuinely meet employer needs. We deliver vocational qualifications, short courses and bespoke training tailored to each clients exact requirements.
In 2001 we founded the company having experienced our skills shortages as the owners of two care homes that struggled to recruit and retain quality staff. We wanted to provide learners in an industry with a notoriously high staff turnover rate with job security.
We offer a comprehensive training commitment to employers and employees, helping develop not only staff but also businesses. We look at each clients business goals and work with them to achieve success. Whether it is a desire to gain a better CQC rating at their next inspection or increasing profits by 50% we will work with clients to achieve goals.
Our head office is located in Stoke-On-Trent but we have assessors nationwide, meaning we are able to deliver training across the country.
