We are a family run florist shop that has been creating beautiful arrangements for the people of Northwich,and its surrounding areas for the past 25 years. We are located just behind Dukes Barbers on Manchester Road (We used to be where Dukes Barbers now is)

We offer same day delivery and can send flowers all over the world through our eflorist partners.

Very pleased with the flower arrangement ordered recently. I placed my trust in their judgement for the arrangement and they didn't disappoint. Acacia's phone number is added to my contact list. I will very much be using their services again.
I've had some wonderful bouquets from Acacia Florists, they are always professional yet personable and are quite happy to create floral displays to my specifications. The flowers must be really fresh because they last for ages. Would definitely recommend them.
Acacia flowers are my 'go to' florist. They have beautiful and exotic flowers which they make into gorgeous arrangements and I always get my Christmas wreath from them, even when I take it down it still looks as fresh as when I bought it. The girls are a delight to talk to and are so considerate when it comes to making my flowers. I use them all the time and would definitely recommend them.
Very, very disapointed with the two so called 'mother's day' hand tied bouquets that eventually arrived 8hrs after they were meant to! The cost of the bouqets were £29.99 with a £5 delivery charge. So in total, roughly £65. I ordered the bouquets for my wife and mother to arrive at 12 oclock. They did not arrive at 12 but at 8pm at night ! We as a family were going out in the afternoon so expected the delivery to be roughly on time. We gotback home at 5.30 to find there had been no deliveries. So i then rang up the shop, where surprisingly they were still there. But they said the deliveries hsd not yet been made and were sat on the van. I was promised they would be delivered as soon as possible. 2 1/2 hrs later, they turned up ! For the price i paid, i was expecting nice big bouques with plenty of flowers ? I was sadly wrong ! The bouquets contained 11 flowers each with a bit of greenary. But when they arrived, some of theflowers were wilted ! I have photographic evidence Luckily for me, my wife used to be a florist and knew what to do to revive them. The driver said they hadhad some problems but no appology was made. So today, i rang the shop and spoke to the manager. That was a waste of time! I was fobbed off with numerous excuses and would not listen to what i was saying. There were no appologies or acknowledgement that anything was wrong ? Eventually, i just decided before getting anymore annoyed, to tell the manager that i would not be using their shop again. This is a real shame as i have used this florists for many years. But i just feel totaly conned and it has certainly left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Disgusted and disappointed with the dreadful service and lies from this business . They were appointed to produce and deliver flowers to Vale Royal Crematorium on 15th May 2019. They were paid in cash and confirmed the flowers to be delivered the day before or early morning before the service they had noted and confirmed the service starts at 10.45 . My sisters coffin arrived into the chapel for the service without the flowers They did not deliver them in time . We were told after the service the flowers were delivered after the service started . This in itself is very stressful but to make it worst we visited the shop to ask what had happened the owner and staff all insisted the flowers were delivered early morning and implied it was the crem to blame . So after discussion with VRC they check the CCTV and confirmed the owner himself delivered the flowers at 10.49 which was after the service had started . We confronted the owner again and he said the cream could of changed the time on the CCTV. After a threat to call the police he said maybe he was late he dident know what time it was . This is despicable behaviour . Do not use this business they are liars .
Ordered brightly coloured flowers in water for friends at their new home. Beautiful scented flowers were delivered within 2 hours. Excellent service
Nice flowers. I purchased some individual flower stems, 6 gerbera, 3 gypsophila, 3 lisianthus stems and it came to over £26.00. I felt ripped off. When I asked for flower food, I was then charged 50 pence for two sachets. I will go elsewhere for my flowers.
Couldn't recommend Acacia Florists enough. I found them to be extremely helpful and nothing was too much for them especially as I was ordering from Ireland. I will certainly use them again
Awesome shop! Staff are always friendly, they cant help you enough and the flowers are always stunning and fresh!! <3 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED <3
