Used to love Abra Kebabra but very bad customer service and they scammed me. I ordered food and brought it home when I got home, I opened it up and it was completely the wrong order, I contacted them and still no reply, it has been weeks now. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.
There were a young man and woman every night that I went here that treated me wonderfully as a foreigner. The food was great and the service was better. If I come back this is where I will always get my late night food. Edit: Danny and Jo were their names!
Ambience is good. Ample place to dine in on the next floor. It's very peaceful and no one disturbs you when you take the food and go sit on the top floor. Service is also good. But the food is not worth the price. Quality and the quantity are not good. Only on the top the chicken is placed below all you can find is tomato and onions. There is no other toppings in it. Even the chicken has no taste it's just plain and tasteless. The sauce also is not that good. I just liked the chips given. But the main meal was a waste of money. The restaurant is good and can have many improvements when compared to other kababs restaurants. Lost my expectations when I saw the food.
My burger was clearly a frozen patty reheated. My friend's kebab was undercooked. But the coup de grace was my German friend bursting into tears at the sight of her "Döner Kebab." She then proceeded to question all of her life choices that lead up to this very moment, sobbing and laughing uncontrollably. Once she composed herself enough to try it, she immediately discovered that not only was it made incorrectly, but it was lukewarm despite being fresh. In addition, when she asked for only the garlic sauce instead of the usual trio, they put on ONLY garlic sauce, forgoing all vegetables and other toppings. "And this is what happens when you travel to another country and you try to eat something familiar."
Staff female is lovely. But no way can I give this place 5 stars. Like I was waiting ages I mean ages on a bag of chips. Sitting in on the worse wooden seats as possible, then they do not even bring your food down to you and I was the only customer.
Delicious food, very affordable prices with great quality and taste. Food is made fresh right in front of you. The place is also very clean and the staff were great which is a bonus!Food: 5/5
Terrible damp smell in this place. Flies hovering around seats in the back. Had intended to eat-in but after being hit by the mouldy/drains stench of it, took my order and left. Server was nice but seriously slow. Food was okay and am still alive today! But management need to do something about the fetid stench in the place.
Honestly, The most polite place to get proper food when your drunk. Even tho ur completely off the wall, they treat you like a king. Apart from that, the mixed kebab sandwich is on a different level. 10/10
This kebab was the worst experience of my life. No exaggeration. No sauce, dry chicken, tears. Never go here. You will leave disappointed. Waste of 20 euro.Food: 1/5
Okay, about 1am eating here. Two odd things, why BBQ sauce in chicken shawarma and five spice in chili fries? Otherwise great for munchies.
