I have recently completed my house sale in Abbey Wood thanks to Peter & THE TEAM - nothing was too much trouble, professional and efficient.
It's very rare that I write a review but in this instant it was a must. I cannot tell you how happy I am I made the final decision to use  Able Estates.
Such an excellent service. Superb communications between agents and myself. I was well informed every step in the sale. Able Estates was dedicated to making sure all the details were considered and correct and keeping the process on track. A super fast, easy, worry free transaction.

I bought my property Through Eddie at Able estates last year and I have to say he was absolutely brilliant with his willingness to help and the unbiased advise throughout the process. The communication was fantastic and any reasonable request was accommodated straight away. Thanks Eddie for all your help and I look forward to working together again soon!

We Placed our flat up for sales with Able Estates, they were very helpful and honest from the start and always on hand with any advice we needed. The service and communication was second to none and we feel like Eddie went above and beyond our expectations in pushing the sale through as it wasn't always straight forward. No matter when you call there is always someone to help you. Thank you Eddie & The Team for all your help, advice and putting us at ease. we will certainly and already have been recommending you to people we know. :)

I recently purchased a property through Able Estates. I was dealt with primarily by Eddie through the negotiation phase as well as the exchange and completion phase.
Eddie and his team did a great job with the back and forth negotiations for the rounds of offers and response. He was always very clear on the feedback that was being provided from the vendor as well as the feedback from the vendor’s solicitor.
The entire Able Estates team was diligent not just for the sales but also to chase up with my mortgage broker and solicitor ensuring that every party involved was understood till the completion. Thanks for the professional service and I definitely recommend Able Estate 100%.

I currently let my house through able estates. They manage the property for me and have done so for the past five years. The management team are fantastic I have the most wonderful tenants who look after my house and pay their rent on time every month.
I use able to let my house as I have now used them to sell 3 homes for me plus I've bought one through them and each time I've found Peter and his team to be professional and friendly. 
I feel I receive a personal service that I have never experienced from any other agent .
I would have no hesitation in recommending ables and have done so on many occasions
