Fantastic customer service, an epitome of professional service. The gentleman sorted my son's gaming computer which had broken. He was able to attend to us at the shortest notice. Absolutely fantastic service, quick, courteous and professional. Tried several places to get my old apple laptop repaired and was told by all that it couldn't be done because it was 'vintage'. Turned out to be a relatively simple fault with quick fix so saved me ££££s on new one. Really reasonable price and when I got home I discovered my missing b key had been removed. Will be my got to for computer repair from now on - great job with a touch if kindness.
I had bought a graphics card from ebay and it had missing screws making the fans rattle when turned on. I took it into Akibo to look at it and within 5 minutes I walked away with a fully working graphics card - no longer causing me any issues. Very professional owner and also didn't charge me for the screws or his time - will come here from now on for all my pc parts and help!
Some 'computer repair' places can't or won't change a laptop battery ‍. No such nonsense here; sorted while I waited in 10 mins.
