I found Aberdeen Heating (who in turn were recommended to me by a family member who had also dealt with them) to be very professional. They were able to send the initial assessor around immediately and this was followed quickly by a detailed quotation. They were able to arrange the actual installation quickly and flexibly to work around my work commitments. The guys that did the installation arrived at the agreed time and were very friendly and completed the installation over a 2 day period. We are happy with the boiler and the price was competitive and they stuck to the agreed cost so all went well. I would be happy to recommend them and would use them again (though hopefully not too soon as I want the boiler to last many years!!)

Booked my boiler service with them recently. Spoke to Lesley, and she was quick to find a date that worked around me and my shifts. When I asked about prices for the service, I was impressed that it was only £78, considering many charges around Aberdeen/in Scotland can be £90 upwards. One of the cheaper ones in the area. Also can't normally get an appointment at a weekend (without paying over the odds), but got one here at the normal weekday price. The service/breakdown engineer Simon came to check the boiler, and I was impressed with how efficient he was. I was given a time slot of between 12- 4:30, and Simon emailed before hand to give me notice of his arrival, and turned up in near perfect time to his previous eta. He carried out the service, repairing a small drip whilst he was there. Simon explained everything as he went, and enjoyed several biscuits whilst he was doing so lol. My boiler is doing well for its age, and I know if it comes to it, I'll be asking Aberdeen Heating for a quote.

Thanks to Simon who came and serviced my boiler today. He was done quickly and was a good laugh. He even sorted the drip under my sink as well so all in all a good visit lol. Boiler is safe and got a bit of banter at the same time. I'll be requesting him next year!

I phoned Aberdeen Heating to ask them to do what many people think is a small job. My 83 year old father was freezing in his house as all his radiatiors needed bled . His heating was on 24/7 and his house was still cold . I don’t live near enough to help him and needed to call someone in to help. 
I contacted Aberdeen Heating who were horrified at the thought of my father being cold in his house and the very next day they sent someone round to help him. 
 “ The lovely man “ according to my father did his job and within a few hours my father could feel the difference in the warmth in his house .
The charge was so small my father could not believe it and desperately tried to pay the guy more which he refused to take.
I cannot recommend or thank Aberdeen Heating enough for all their help.

Disconnected my fire when there was a strange smell. Removed and made safe. One of their handymen came and lined the hole. Now it's full of candles and a very pretty focal point in my living room. Very happy with work done and the workmen.
