Absolutely loved my experience!! Mark was ridiculously helpful from the beginning.went over everything in detail about my wee car. Nothing was too much trouble. Even offered us a lift from the train station! I was dreading picking up my car because of my anxiety but I was put straight to ease and it was really enjoyable picking up my first car! I will definitely be back for my next one!!
Bought this car a couple of weeks ago and going great! Mark was helpful and went over everything didn’t push me into buying it at all, would defo recommend this garage! Was great from start to finish!
Great garage to deal with, Mark was more than helpful and not pushy at all, took time to talk to us even after closing time. Got a great car and Mark volunteered to deliver it to me which he did. Nothing was any bother.
Mark is a good decent family man, bought a smart fortwo, it was very well valeted, and was serviced prior to sale, I did not have my insurance ready so mark delivered car to my door, a great experience
Would add 0 starts if possible. I have bought Smart City Flame from them. The seller was very nice guy and so positive and happy I'm buying a limited edition so it is such a nice deal and I will have so much fun with it. After a month of using the car car broke down on M8. Had to be towed. Mechanic checking the car said it needs the whole new engine as old is beyond repair. It is trusted mechanic as well who would not rip me off. When confronting the dealer I was told they sold me a good, working car... Avoid at any cost. They either know they are selling faulty cars or are incompetent and don't know how to check cars they buy from people before selling them to you.
We recently purchased our first car from Mark and his team in M&A Automative, Bathgate. They have been great to deal with, everything from our initial visit to buy, to the offer of any assistance if we needed it thereafter. As it's my first car it can be a nervous experience, a couple of times I have phoned with a few questions and Mark has always given the best support he can - would highly recommend!
Staff very friendly and very helpful bought a Ford focus from them in January 2023 I'm over the moon with the car the car drives like a wee dream .looking for a car for my son will be popping in to see them again ! Thanks again for the great service guys ! Would highly recommend this garage .
Mark was great - very personable and no pressure. Promised that car would be checked before collection, and should anything have need repaired this will be taken care of. 6 Month warranty which is great. Lovely experience
Great car buying experience! We saw a VW Golf online that looked clean and well priced, Mark said we could come and have a look at the car whenever suited us. He even let me bring my VW diagnostic kit to check the car for faults. There was no pressure selling, Mark was friendly and easy going, even telling us about the one minor issue with the cars parking sensors which has since been fixed with a £6 part. After everything checked out and we had a test drive, my dad completed the purchase and paperwork which was a very efficient process, and he drove the car home after sorting insurance etc. M&A automotive definitely provided the best service I've experienced buying a used car!
Mark was great, very pleased with the service, would recommend and go back when looking to buy again.
