We recently purchased property through Abbots in Burnham Market. From the moment we viewed the property we found the professionalism of the staff outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, we found all members of their team to be honest, direct and really thorough in resolving any issues that arose. I would not hesitate to recommend Abbots to any purchaser or vendor in the future.

We decided to sell our property at the end of November, possibly not a good time of year to do so, and saw three agents before deciding to go with Abbotts in Burnham Market. Spencer Cushing gave us a very professional summary of the market conditions, pricing possibilities and potential buyers he could approach, and by mid January we had a confirmed buyer who had obviously been vetted by Spencer's team as we moved smoothly to completion at Easter. His two lovely ladies, Paula and Wendy, managed the viewings very professionally, and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Would not hesitate to recommend the Abbotts team at Burnham Market if you want to sell a house with personal attention, and made to feel your sale matters.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Abbots. Our experience, both when buying a house from them and when we asked them to value the property after improvements, was that they were proactive, helpful, professional and friendly. Nothing we asked was too much trouble. Wendy, in particular, is a great asset to the branch. Highly recommended!

The team at Abbotts in the Burnham Market office were very thorough and hard working while managing the sale of my property in what I considered to be a short time, and, at the same time, enabled me to purchase the property I wanted to buy. They have been there for every question and problem that arose before, during and after these two events and I know, should anything arise in the future, that they will be there for me and give me answers to questions which are in their expertise to resolve. It is with this in mind that I consider giving them a five star rating to be befitting of their performance.
