I do like walking in the abbeygate shopping it's always so clean, I always pop into the sewing shop or the post office I could recommend both of these shops

Some very handy shops here for the crafters, a new wool shop (although watch out for the bath bombs if you're not into that sort of thing) and a small but well stocked material shop. There's also some clothing, bag and shoe shops and a good jewellery shop too! It's smaller than the areas other shopping centre but it still packs lots in.

Enthusiastic staff in all the shops I've visited.                Very busy post office, its always been slow moving when I,ve visited, the counter.                                                                     You'd do best finding a quieter post office, 2 use, nearer your own home's.                        End off story.

Desperate need for some more shops or some serious investment very run down and dark inside it's not a very pleasurable shopping experience, more up to date shops or even turn it into a restaurant quarters. Having some extra things to do would attract alot more people into the shops as they will all be going out of business in the future if nothing is addressed
