I don't write reviews but I'm so angry I needed to. The lady was so so rude and unhelpful. Tried to drop off a parcel, she said it was too heavy which after speaking to UPS said it wasn't. Even if she was correct there are ways to talk to people. She was vile. Cant believe anybody goes in there. Would give the place one star if I could. Don't do the collection service if you don't like it! Or you probably like the money.
I'd give no stars if possible. Had a click and collect parcel to collect but the woman that was there was too lazy to look through a few parcels to find mine unless I could tell her which courier company had delivered it. When I made a guess which company she found it but then started questioning who I was despite being shown ID. You need to realise that the parcel actually belongs to me, not you and you really need to modify your attitude towards customers as your shop will remain as empty as it was when I was there. Dreadful woman, I won't be going there again.
Dreadful rude woman every time when I went to collect my Evri parcel - huge pile of parcels with no organisation - she asked me how she was supposed to find my parcel unless I could tell her when parcel was delivered , sender , what it contained !!! not really my problem - I asked her why she was so rude to be told "that if I didn't like it i don't have to go there ! " No wonder this shop is empty every time i've been there ! In contrast one of the younger males in shop is very pleasant but I wont' be back
