Superb school! Where the whole school is driven and focused. This school is about turning out well rounded people with good ethics,decent values and motivation to do well and be happy. The whole aspect of the students is nurtured not just academic traits. Discipline but a fantastic sense of fairness is paramount here. Well done Abbey! Thank you! A very pleased parent.
The Abbey School is an ambitious and progressive school catering for a broad range of students. All students are challenged and encouraged in order to fulfil their potential and guided by tenacious school leaders ensuring that teaching is consistently good or outstanding. It is a safe and happy environment with a culture of high expectations and a positive learning atmosphere
This was my secondary school from September 1985 - June 1990, i have many fond memories of my time spent there and also the many fantastic teachers that taught there. It saddens me to read many of the derogatory reviews but sometimes progress does not always mean better.
Love my time here!
