Nice place. Looks like it has recently been refurbished. Food was inexpensive and of reasonable quality. Had a minor issue with our order which was dealt with without fuss. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Plenty of screens if you want to have lunch and a few beers while you watch the match. Not sure what the hotel side is like but if it is as clean and new as the bar restaurant then you will be fine.

Good quality food at reasonable prices, I occasionally pop in here for lunch from work; service is fast and friendly and I've never been late back to work. It's a little chilly, is the only criticism.

Ordered two Sunday roasts (advertised on the menus as a main feature) were not informed by staff at any time that there was no Yorkshire puddings even when ordering so went back to the bar to complain they said "oh we don't have any left" I informed them I wasn't told but offered no resolution, apology or partial refund. The soup which was almost certainly out of a packet costs £4.99 which is probably one of the most expensive bowls of soup I've ever purchased which doesn't coincide with the price of the main meals which are reasonable. The meat and chicken on the toast was also dry. Not a very good experience however the building is fresh and modern .

hands down the best hotel ive ever stayed in for that price room was perfect beds comfy food & drinks were perfect in the restaraunt bathroom was spotless & perfect free WiFi i cannotnrate this place highly enough the staff were great allowing me to check in late then once I did aftrr a nightmare of a day & the airport loosing my bags they provided me with a charger to use as my phone was flat so i could track it down & survive as we all know how much we live through our phones this place is now the only place ill stay when i visit
