Much credit to Abbey Chemist's Lonend for their highly efficient 'robot' system for uplifting medication from their premises.  Upon submitting a request for repeat prescriptions to being given a number to pick up at the machine is all now a very slick operation.  10 out of 10!

Always greets me with a smile and ive been going to this pharmacy for 25-30 years. It's changed a lot over the years but the staff have always been lovely snd helpful. Sonetimes the highlight of my week

Failed to deliver dosette box to vulnerable patient with dementia yesterday leaving patient no medication that evening.  I will now need to visit the Lonend branch to find out what is going on. Visited and got box made up there and then was however bare faced lied to by pharmacist as to why prescription wasn’t ready, blaming medical practice. Phoned medical practice who could see script had been done on 29th and collected by pharmacy.

Always have to wait around twenty minutes for prescriptions, and never an apology. When I fed this back to the pharmacist, she said it was because there were others in front of me. I feel that this is an unacceptable explanation as this wasn’t an isolated incident. Customers are just expected to wait, where operating with more staff would improve the overall customer experience. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting.

Staff friendly and helpful. Were open on christmas day, respect  saved my christmas dinner by giving me toothache relief haha

Terrible pharmacy always waiting upwards of 20 mins seem to always loose the prescriptions no matter if they were put in a day ago or week ago. Having been heavily pregnant waiting in the queues eventually I asked for prescription to be delivered. It never was I had to call back 4 days later and eventually it was delivered. Also people in to get methadone skipping queue swearing and smoking weed infront of kids with nothing being done. I've since stopped using it having been registered at the doctors there for 15 years I've never had a positive experience at the pharmacy...

After getting a apologies for the lack of service I've had and the fact the girls have made me very welcome after I gave a harsh but fair review i have decided to put the past in the past and as for Stuart the driver and then man I see most weeks his words 2 me 2day made me realise the world have amazing people qnd he is one only he will know what he said but believe me it brought a smile and tear to my eye thank you for that .As for the pharmacy they can do better but they know this and are trying 2 to the better. I have always loved the girls on the till
