Both my Wife and I used Abbey cars in the space of a week , very impressed with the service. Friendly Driver and comfortable car. Will use in the future.

Pros:
Well organised.
Decent value for money.
Friendly service. 

Cons:
Requires advanced payment if first journey is from the airport to Bedford.

Charged £6 card fee - but there was no other option but to pay by card so unavoidable (unless your first journey is from Bedford to an Airport - in which case there is no advanced payment either).

Overall recommend for airport transfers, reliable and efficient service. Driver calls passengers to arrange meeting place in the terminal. Good prices compared to other taxi companies.

So far I used few transfer companies and so far Abbey Cars was the best. 
Very fast and nice contact through e-mails with Asha. 
And I had very nice and helpful female driver. She made my journey nice and pleasant. 
I'm sure I will use this company again in the future.
