Really really great taxi firm. I've had no problems with 24/7 cars. They've always been available when I needed them. Polite drivers, I even lost my phone and they were happy to help return it to me. Edit* from 5 down to 4 stars. With any company there will always be a few staff that are rude. I should hope there aren't many rude drivers with 24/7 after my experience last night.

We booked this company online to take us from Bedford Midland Road station out to Willington. We booked 2 x 4 seater saloons. We got an email but no-one showed up, we waited 20 minutes past the time booked, had a conversation with the 01234 number on the email who knew nothing about it and was meant to check and get back to us. Never did! Luckily there was a larger taxi cab in the rank outside the station who was charming and helpful and able to take all of us and was about half the price quoted by 24/7..... don't bother booking them it's a waste of time. Only compensation is that I have checked my bank a/c and no money was taken out.

Absolutely Worse taxi service in bedford!! rude drivers due to incompetence of controller sending taxi earlier than messaged. Then to blame the customer. Appalling I will be reporting you and the driver to the appropriate authority's.

Really bad service, my 17 yr old autistic grandson refused a cab at nearly midnight, he finished work late missed his last bus. My daughter phoned to say I would pay when he got to my house they said no money up front no cab.

They refused to take my 17 year old at nearly midnight having finished work late and missed his bus to his nans house where she was going to pay at the other end absolutely appalling
