Not sure about these other reviews. I have only had great experiences with them. This morning I dropped my pound coin, and I was a pound short. The driver told me not to worry and that he’ll find it himself. Super nice, friendly, and on time. P.S. Every other taxi service in Herne Bay never seems to be available. These guys are. I didn’t want to use them at first because of the bad reviews but I was forced to due to a lack of options. I am so glad though. I have used them several times since and I have never regretted it.

you really cant believe how bad this company is ...never on time and dont bother turning up and also the foul mouth so called woman in the office speaks volumes

Use A2A cars as they are friendly and professional. Drive over speed limit to fit more taxis in and don't stop at zebra crossings for people, which is illegal, also once I was on the pavement walking along when one of their taxis drove up onto the pavement and almost hit me. Then there is the building it is a shack made of corrugated tin which is rotting and rusting ;outside is litered with sigarette ends and ash. The door is rotting and the inside is stained and smells of cigarettes and also has damp. The staff are incredibly unprofessional as they park all the cars outside clogging up the station ring road also once one of them went around the ring road the wrong way also their cars smell of cigarettes and my friend experienced a taxi from them in which the driver played music to his personal preference. They call them selves a family business because it is like you are getting a lift from a family.

I wouldn't even give them 1star it's because I had to. I was stuck on the a299 going to Canterbury coming from London. My van ran out of fuel which was my friends fault who was driving we where exactly 2.7 miles away from abacus cars I had checked on my google maps their company doesn't come out to anyone more than 11miles away hats what the lady said to me first when I spoke to her on the phone. I explained to her how far I was from their base. I asked for a cab to be sent out to me to take me to the petrol station and bring me back to my van so we could be on our way. This unhelpful person gave me the number to a station that was closer to me when I checked they where 12miles from me. I then rang abacus cars back and said to them that they are further and that you are the closest to me. I told her I can send my location from my smart phone to which she replied i don't think you need a cab you need a mechanic.. She was so rude and unhelpful I couldn't believe it and she then hung the phone up on me. Long story short that's the worst experience I've had with a cab firm and I live in west London a very busy area. Don't use these guys they don't deserve your coustom

Nasty unprofessional staff - do not bother, there are plenty other cab companies in herne bay.
