Unfortunately although Abacus offer an email address they don't respond to it - a great shame as it would be so useful for the deaf and hard of hearing who cannot use the telephone. I have always found their drivers to be prompt and well mannered, the cars are clean and comfortable. Shame management lets the company down.

This is a company whose drivers regularly smoke right in front of a nursery outdoor play area and leave their engines on needlessly polluting the air where these poor children play. Awful attitude.

Clearly these people do not care about customer service.....20 minutes late and taxi not even on its way....complaint received a response of "your taxi is cancelled" and phone put down. No sign of an apology or recognition that they were spoiling our evening.....and this was not even peak time at 6.30pm. The list of poor reviews tells a story.

Couldn't accomodate my needs after 20 minutes of trying to get through. Not impressed

Prompt and helpful. Accomodated our dog in a cab with us without a fuss. Very polite driver.
