I bought a harness for my pup & said if it's too small can I change it. Yes they said. I rang & they said NO! I asked to speak to the manager who said he was sick & tired of people bringing them back buying them cheaper on the net. I said I didn't want a refund just a bigger one. He then said he would change it. I came to Nailsea branch today as the stitching is coming apart & he refused to change it. But the way I was spoken to was nothing short of disgraceful. He was rude & raised his voice at me. I walked out of the shop & 4 people stopped me outside to ask what was going on in the shop. I am now taking this very seriously I have now reported this (with photos) to Trading Standards. I have never in my life been spoken to as a customer like that. How very rude he was to me. Trading standards will now hopefully deal with the matter on my behalf. Disgusted & will never shop in there again! There is no need to treat people like that. The harness has been worn once & it's falling apart.

Lovely local pet shop with a very good range and the staff are always very friendly and help me to get my very heavy pet feeds to my car, prices are very competitive too 😁 x

Beware: they will not give refunds; or change from a credit note. Otherwise a good shop.

Love supporting local business. Have an amazing stock of raw dogs food and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Wouldn't shop any where else.

Great shop, has much more than you expect from the front, great selection of Dog, Cat, Rabbit items, also much more. The staff are very friendly and helpful and if they haven't got something you want then they'll try and get it in.
