A REALLY AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! I was charged £220 for Mario to not fix my boiler but completely blow the electrics in my boiler. I had to get another plumber for £150 to actually fix it . I have messaged him to explain what he has done but he has not replied. I hope nobody else goes near this man . He has caused so much stress to our family , not trustworthy at all !!

Mario and his workman were very efficient and quick, after having had 2 plumbers out already when explained we had no heating or hot water for over a week he came out within an hour, although he needed parts to fix it, he arrived next morning early to get us up and running, a big thank you, and don't be put off by the name

Just called at 19:15 with a boiler emergency. Solved quickly within the hour and efficiently.
