Always a lovely stay. Wonderful hospitality, great rooms and facilities. Spotlessly clean, excellent prices. I stay here regularly for work, I always come back. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here recently and had a very warm friendly reception from Margaret and Peter and a very comfortable stay.  Certainly wouldn't hesitate to book again.

spotlesley clean, friendly, and fantastic value for money. i stayed there while working in boston for 6 weeks. you will not find better. 110 %.

Top B&B to stay, good prices, Landlady was very welcoming, very clean facilities, 5 minutes walk from the centre, don't bother looking elsewhere!!!
