When you DON'T have a problem they are fantastic?

Please avoid. Worse housing association ever. Very rude and unhelpful staff once you become a tenant. Duty of care is non-existent. I reported a leakage issue 6 months ago and it is still going on. Their plumbers and builders come have a look and promise to ring back next day but they never. We had 15 visits but no one actually came to fix it. When you complain they tell you to go around the block knock on flats upstairs and figure out yourself where was the leak coming from.
