They charged me $149 plus tax of a 5 minute look at my laundry sink and then quoted $750 plus tax for a repair. I went to Rona and got the part for $34 and did it myself in 5 minutes.

For the initial service call, we were quoted more than $2000 for a repair. We reached out to a second company for an estimate due to the high cost and the issue was resolved for under $200. The repair was for our shower which was not switching to hot water and the second plumber fixed the problem by checking the cartridge in the faucet in 10 minutes. Superior wanted to open up the wall and do more extensive repairs. I am glad we got a second opinion. Edit to add: I appreciate the intent of the response below but it seems like the implication is that I misunderstood the discussion. That is not the case. I was shown an estimate of $2000.
Just had Jeremy in to fix a stuck cartridge, service was quick, Jeremy was professional, friendly and efficient. I will definitely use Superior Plumbing again

I Called superior plumbing for a clogged sewer drain. Spoke with Alina there and she was very friendly and helpful. Jermaine came out within a few hours to assess the clog. He called me and throughly explained the procedure and costs associated with this clog. Was very happy with the service.
The plumber arrived at my home same day. He was able to quickly unplug my toilet and explained other preventative measures to avoid further clogging.
