Started off ok, then my boots failed me and i had issues with my legs and feet! Cronic pain! All around the 6 month area, Refused to believe the boots were faulty and would not do anything and then after a fuss offered a replacement or store credit! Which all i wanted was a refund to go buy better boots (dewalts) they said its out of warranty and cofra would not even bother with it! Ended up getting items of clothing but now told to shop else where and they wont reply to my concerns about the boots! This could be a batch issue yet cofra and AI dont seem to care about peoples health issues as long as they get paid. Way to go AI yet another UK company that shows lack of customer service and no aftersales care when an issue arrises!
