Urban Airsoft is a registered retailer with UKARA and as such the easiest way for you to purchase an Airsoft weapon is to supply your UKARA player ID when purchasing. We will verify the player ID on the UKARA database.
UKARA Player Registration
We can add your player registration to the UKARA database for you. You will need to have the relevant form and have it appropriately filled it out (details can be found on the UKARA site). This must be an original and not a copy and must be stamped by your game site. Visit us in store and we will add you to the database.

I always hate it if I am asked to call in here for some emergency supplies for ar lad that he's forgot to order from his usual supplier. The feel you get in this place is, simply put..... "off".... "creepy".  They still insist on forcing you to use sanitizer on entry. You can't touch anything. They watch you like a hawk and you absolutely do not feel welcome.  The feel you get from some of the staff even one of the young / "little" ones is creepy and I half expect to read about one, if not all of them on the front pages...... Mass atrocities spring straight to mind when looking at and speaking to some of these lot. Certainly not babysitter material put it that way.  2 star is for plenty of choice. Just a shame you can't touch it to look at it nor feel welcome enough to buy it.  A few times I've started to look round for something to buy the lad as a gift only to quit because of their creepy behaviour, grab the BBs and or gas etc I have been asked to collect and leave sharpish usually doing my best to keep my back to the wall.  Odd place. Odd people. Creepy feeling.

Jordan and Torin were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in store to my and my friend who are beginners trying to get into the sport, they had no problem helping us with loads of questions that we had. We will be back soon!

For anyone who wants to get into Airsoft or are currently invested this is you Mecca, it holds everything you could want: -vests, -webbing, -snipers, -AEG's, -Pistols, and the list just keeps going. The staff are just the best, they run a range of classes and will instantly know what you need. They have answers to all of your questions. I just couldn't recommend this place enough. I personally walked in expecting to be in for 10 minutes but stayed for 70 or so minutes just sat talk to the staff on the equipment I was getting and so on. It's incredible. I would say take a day and just go down. It's worth it.

Brilliant shop, all the staff are really helpful, they fully explain everything g especially if your new to Airsoft, plus they run a fantastic Airsoft set of games on a Sunday absolutely brilliant fun and really well organised

Bought a ticket for the raffle they host and managed to win, got the prizes in a matter of days and really happy with everything I got :D Made my week  Guys there were really helpful with the delivery and I will definitely be ordering with them again soon :

The place is not the best. Straight away you have to put on hand sanitiser every time you walk in, like covid is even a thing anymore. Even if you walk out for 2 seconds, told not to lean or even touch the counter tops as they would have to wipe and clean it down. Wanted to look at guns but was told not to pull the trigger or do anything with it, surprised I was allowed to touch it without special gloves on and your not even able to test fire their guns as for some reason a little plastic bullet will downgrade the gun. They need to give it a rest on the polish as well wiping everything down every 2 seconds. Need guns you can test fire. All the guns on display are cheaper elsewhere, where you actually fire the gun. Surprised they have a range on site.

We took a trip to this store from Manchester on the 02/10/21, my lads are both mad into Airsoft and they absolutely loved the place.  The range of guns, accessories and clothing was well worth the trip, needless to say we left a boot load of kit and two very happy lads.  But, what makes this place stand out is the knowledgeable and enthusiastic team that work there and the world class customer care.  I had an issue with a faulty item, not the shops fault, but they made sure that a replacement was with us in time for an all important game on the 09/10/21.  We will be back to support this store.

Attempted to return an item, and upon requesting the refund to my card, the shop owner asked me "Do you enjoy being an annoying little c**t". He then proceeded to threaten to "Knock me out" twice, in clear view of the 3 cameras overlooking the checkout. He has since been reported to the Police and it is safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I advise you do the same.

Really helpful bunch of guys and some great toys to look at. Kitted myself out with my first chest rig and eyepro. Jordan ? the new guy couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks again!

We travelled from Liverpool to come here and from the straight off we were told not to lean on the counters, one of the lads his disabled and has a blood clot in his leg which you can clearly see is swelled up touch the boxes, staff are quite rude especially the tosser with the top knot. My mate asked him a simple question on the whereabouts of a product and the top knot tosser looked down his nose at him and told him to ask a member of the sales team. Then we were told that we couldn't buy any RIFS with a B.A.C licence only with their membership which costs £35 or the Ukara Licence. Which we had to wait 15 mins to this find out.  We felt so unwelcome there and will not be going back. I think we'd rather go for a swim naked in the Mersey than go back.
