Neil provided excellent advice on the telephone.  With over 20 years experience he has extensive knowledge.  He knew what the problem was without having to visit and I was able to fix the problem with the instructions given which avoided a repair or possible new machine purchase.  Therefore I would suggest he is trustworthy.  Very helpful and friendly service.  I am now more aware or how to look after my machine.  Highly recommend.

Didn't turn up for the first appointment.
Couldn't fix our washing machine for a reasonable price. This was frustrating as I'd explained the problem on the phone (the bearings had gone) so I'd have thought he this advice could have been given over the phone, which would have saved me the £40 call out charge.
Turned rude and aggressive as soon as I questioned his advice.

Neil was able to diagnose fault and cause of the problem with my Miele quickly and advice how to minimise the risk of reoccurence.Neil gave us usefull information that help us to reach an inform decision as to the repair plan.My washing mashine was repaired quikly and ended up covered with a one year guarantee.Neil was professional and friendly.It is a pleasure to recommend A&E Washing Machine Repairs.

Do not use if you are old. Kept my patents waiting for weeks
This company have been completely disrespectful to my parents. They have repeatedly ignored their calls. I called on my mobile and they answer straight away. They did not order the parts they promised to fix their washing machine. The cost of the second repair would have meant they could have bought a new washing machine! It is awful that a company abuses old people like this. They deserve the utmost respect like all old people.

Further to this saga, the "technician" came to replace another bit and left without testing it.  He does not return any phone callsdepute the messages starting that it leaks water everywhere.  You would think he'd test it before leaving. Be careful with this company! Insist they test before you let them leave your house.  Or user a reputable company.
