One of the receptionists has a rude and uncaring manner. My wife called yesterday at around 15.00 as she had been nipped accidentally by a dog which resulted in a very minor wound but the skin had been punctured. Usually a surgery is able to provide a tetanus shot but she was told to go to A&E when before she could explain that she might not need a shot as she was possible up to date, the receptionist gruffly said ‘I am not medically trained’ and put the phone down.
I can't praise this surgery enough. In all the 40 odd years that i've been at this surgery, I've been shown kindness and respect. I remember Dr Koti he was a wonderfull Doctor, and Dr Benning has followed in his footsteps. There was only one reseponist that was unfriendly and rude now gone. Thank you all.
