Less than one but it doesn't give you the option or you can't post comment. Would not rate this shop at all. I took my iphone 6 into this shop as it stopped working and apple logo just appeared on phone. The man in the shop said it was probably the battery, before asking me or telling me what he had done, he took it into the back of the shop. He then said it wasn't the battery and would need to send it to MANCHESTER costing £70_80. He gave me the phone back with lines all over it and said it was like that as it was Apple security. I really wasn't happy and took it to Apple in Liverpool the next day - Consequently they said he had totally wrecked the phone.... Do not go to that shop for repairs.

I’ve got my iPhone 7 fixed from this place when all rest said its not fixable..... staff person was very friendly and helping
